Jackd refuse to acknowledge

The problem I have Jackd is
1) You are having an engaging conversation with someone and then all signs of their existence is gone as if you or them got blocked. They are gone out of your inbox and sent box and no longer see them online. They feel you wont notice its a bug on their end and think the person blocked you. Ive gotten in touched with some of the people I engaged with and they told me they thought I blocked them.
2)Jackd logs you in periodically even though you have you havent logged in months. They also mark random msgs you receive as read even though you havent opened them. They claim someone probably has my password. It continuously happens and I continuously change my password. No one is sitting there hacking my account just to read random msgs I dont respond to.
3)Their report system is a lazy joke. Its automated. So if someone reports your pic the system automatically removes it. Then you are banned from putting up another for a week. If you consistently are reported then you are banned for a month from logging in. They dont check the validity of the reports. If someone gets upset with you because you didnt reply they can report your pics and get them pulled down and keep doing it till you are banned for a month. It crazy that you have to block everyone you dont want to reply to just so that wont happen.
4) Jackd bans you without notifying you. They put you at the log in screen and if you type in your username and password itll just state your username and password is incorrect. Itll do that consistently until Jackd left the ban which is after a month usually unless your device gets ban then its permit and youd never know.
