Subscriptions and "Support Team"

The only reason I give it a star is because they wont allow you to leave blank. Dont ever buy a subscription from them because you will never get anything different. The "support team" tells you the steps to take and months later you still get nothing. They make it difficult to not have to buy a subscription and then when you do you get nothing??? Unsatisfactory and a waste of time!
