This app has always been really reliable but the update on 4/28 causes it to crash upon start up. Totally Unusable now!

The only good thing about this app is the large number of users. It frequently crashes. Some days it wont even open, it just crashes while loading. When it does work, its very slow. Messages never come through unless you manually update your inbox. It also slows down the entire phone making other apps slow to open. Trying to close this app or switch to a different one is also very slow. This could be a great app, but the developers need to figure out whats causing this major problem. There are betters apps out there, which I will be using until this app starts running smoothly.

Pretty decent app I just wish they could allow us to unblock people. I love that we can look at multiple pics and the amount of information we can put on our profiles, just wish the blocks were not permanent.

I love this app, but it takes up way to much storage on iPhone 5s & 6s, lets fix this problem ! Before you guys loose a premium member. Thanks

Not many guys use it, it crashes often, and I have tried to update my location every day for the past 2 weeks and it simply will not. So what is it even good for?

I like using this app, BUT every Daym time I open it, it makes my phone freeze and I have to restart it like 2 times before I even get to view messages. Unfortunately Im deleting..

Crashing all the time and freze you all phone some times hard reset is necesary. Evry update is worse

I cant see any guys. I just see an ad. I downloaded he app on my friends phone and it works fine

This app freezes entirely too much. You cant even get past the opening screen before it crashes. In addition it takes up WAY too much space on ones phone. Do they even read their reviews? If they do apparently they must not care because its been like this for months.

Its now impossible to copy messages from your inbox. This is extremely inconvenient when trying to converse with people in a language other than your own--being able to copy a message sent to you in order to paste it in a translating app was what made the global feature of jackd universally useful. Please put the copy/paste feature back in!!

I have been using this app for more than 3 years ... it was really amazing app before ... But Not for now ... So slow ... So crushable ... Unable to update the profile quickly .... So bad ... Hope u guys could fix it ... Not upgrading ... I dont mind if u guys go back to downgrade for the old version ... Best regards ...

Buggy, slow and crash prone. Causes my phone to lag any time its open. They really should hire some people who know how to code and rewrite it from scratch.

App used to be great but now it freezes all the time, makes my iPhone unstable, and takes up 4-5gigs of memory. What is really going on? Does Jackd owners/creators not read the reviews/complaints people make. Its not like people are complaining about nothing. Just FIX IT!!

The hole concept of the app is good. The layout and functionality is good, but it has a lot of bugs. It lags, it deletes messages and I even had trouble creating a profile.

Check your storage usage. This app has NO way to clean out the cache and it just keeps growing and growing. Also, it doesnt automatically clean its own cache - not ever. Only thing to do is to delete the app completely and then reinstall. What a huge annoyance!

For thugs and losers. Pass please. And app led to a year of abuse I could not leave for a year. But that was 2014.
