Very few of the basic functions work.

App keeps crashing with IOS10!

Seriously though, this app is total junk. Think of practically anything that makes an app bad and this one has it. The worst part is that its an app with zero functionality and maximum memory usage. My dog is really cute, but pretty stupid. He could still design a better app.

We need an update for iOS 10. You may have done so already but Im sure from all of the crash data you all have been receiving Im sure one is in the works. The app is freezing every time I get a message, which causes my phone to freeze, which causes a mess of issues. You all are losing a lot of customers although the boys love Jackd people will stop using this thing. Lets look into this.

Should not have log out everytime theres bad reception. Now with my daily commute in the subway it just logs out every time i take it. This is horrible!!!

Terrible quality app! All it does is freeze, crash and repeat! Not only that, it slows your entire iPhone down! I saw another review about jackd taking up GIGs of storage on the phone so I checked mine! Jackd was taking up 19GB of my phones storage! For what?! Thats absurd!! And the stupid pop up ads just add to the bs.

I have about one more week of patience with this app. The men in my area arent even worth all of this trouble lol

Keeps crashing!! I like it if it would work. But its trash until they work out the bugs. Deleting it now.

If Im playing music on any app it automatically kills the sound when I open Jackd. I like to listen to my music and use the app. If I cant do both Ill just drop the app completely. Fix this!

This app is getting out of control. Freezes every time and also paralyzes my phone and other apps. Dont roll out new features anymore. Just get it to work!

Keeps Crashing Since My iOS 10 Update!

The only reason I give it a star is because they wont allow you to leave blank. Dont ever buy a subscription from them because you will never get anything different. The "support team" tells you the steps to take and months later you still get nothing. They make it difficult to not have to buy a subscription and then when you do you get nothing??? Unsatisfactory and a waste of time!

This app is PURE trash..it freezes every time i get on. It freezes my phone. It freezes when i send pictures. It closes out all of my apps. I have to constantly restart my phone just to get it to work. Yall not even trynna fix anything which makes it worse

Be ready for the app to crash regularly.

Theres no update for ios 10, and I have the iPhone 6S and the app causes my Iphone to be sluggish, and requires huge amounts of data. The app has gone downhill. Apple should really test the next version before releasing.

This app would be great if it doesnt constantly crash or upon logging on crash and then having to log back on again.... get it fix seriously pretty annoying!

Why the hell do they keep changing everything it doesnt make it better it makes it stupid.
