Of course this app is one of the most popular. But yesterday i tried to susbcribe for one month Jack Pro and it took my money as if i have subscribed for a whole year which is rather expensive of course, and i use this program only when i am abroad, so it was pretty wasteful for me.

I really liked the app in all terms. But Ive got a kind of a bug. The app doesnt show any guys around me, anywhere at all. I only keep getting messages from other guys. I also can check my guest list, and thats it. Such a pity the main function doesnt work.

iOS 9.3.1 iPhone 6+ 128GB App slows down the system a bit. When launch it the apps window runs in the stuck mode for 10-30 seconds then stuck time to time randomly abut often. Cant do anything with it. You can say that iOS 9.3.1 is not working fast enough in my too old phone. Partially Im agree with that but no other app is extremely slow as JackD. Just do something with it please.

The ads that take me off of Jackd? Theyre annoying. Every two seconds they pop up, and take me away from Jackd. They need to be removed. You already have ads on the bottom screen. Cmon.

It used to be good, but now the home page wont even load

Constant crashes, slow, wont open half the time, slow messages, navigation buttons mostly dont work, and stores 10 times the data on your phone than any other dating app so you run out of storage (13 GB in 3 months) super fast. Lots of guy here which is a mystery.

I paid for pro. It wasnt any different. So I let it expire after a year. Same issues of delayed msgs and freezing as the basic. I think the interface makes people act differently. Same people on a different app arent as hard to talk to, and seem to be a little nicer. This app they act pretty sneaky and guarded. I just jump between other apps if this one doesnt work. Less headache.

Save yourself the space on your phone. This app is an absolute monster! It was literally taking up half of my total storage. It also rarely worked. Whenever I would attempt to open the app, it would crash immediately and cause my whole phone to freeze intermittently. I noticed that even just having the app installed made my phone run much slower. My apps would force-close all the time, and my keyboard would freeze whenever I was typing something. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app altogether. Grindr, scruff, and Surge all do the same thing without taking a toll on your phone.

Im trying to figure out why was this app taking up 18G of my data!! That is crazy and then you want me to pay to take up more data on my phone!

The problem I have Jackd is 1) You are having an engaging conversation with someone and then all signs of their existence is gone as if you or them got blocked. They are gone out of your inbox and sent box and no longer see them online. They feel you wont notice its a bug on their end and think the person blocked you. Ive gotten in touched with some of the people I engaged with and they told me they thought I blocked them. 2)Jackd logs you in periodically even though you have you havent logged in months. They also mark random msgs you receive as read even though you havent opened them. They claim someone probably has my password. It continuously happens and I continuously change my password. No one is sitting there hacking my account just to read random msgs I dont respond to. 3)Their report system is a lazy joke. Its automated. So if someone reports your pic the system automatically removes it. Then you are banned from putting up another for a week. If you consistently are reported then you are banned for a month from logging in. They dont check the validity of the reports. If someone gets upset with you because you didnt reply they can report your pics and get them pulled down and keep doing it till you are banned for a month. It crazy that you have to block everyone you dont want to reply to just so that wont happen. 4) Jackd bans you without notifying you. They put you at the log in screen and if you type in your username and password itll just state your username and password is incorrect. Itll do that consistently until Jackd left the ban which is after a month usually unless your device gets ban then its permit and youd never know.

Slow. Crashy. Unresponsive. Super frustrating.

Jackd continuously freezes my phone and yes I have a iPhone 6s

Come on people what in world are you doing? Constant crashes, and freezes and thats when the app actually starts up. Then of course the slowing down of my phone when this app actually opens... Use to be great now its just and junk app... Just cancelled my pro subscription...

its not letting me sign in. and it keeps saying my email is incorrect but when I try to make a new account with the same email its saying "email already connected with another account."

None of the profiles nearby are loading!!! This has been happening for the past 2 week. This app is completely unusable right now!!!
